1.3 These Terms are published in accordance with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;

2. Eligibility
2.1 Use of the Platform and the ability to enter into contracts is limited to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. In particular, you must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 If you are a minor (under 18), you may browse the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must place all orders and accept these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to cancel any order or account where we reasonably believe it was placed by a minor without such supervision.
2.3 By registering, you represent that all information provided (name, address, email, phone number, PAN/GST details for business accounts, etc.) is true, accurate, and current, and you agree to promptly update it if it changes.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 You may be required to create an account to place orders, participate in redemption programs or the loyalty program, or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 You must notify us immediately at [support email] of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, including attempts to manipulate inventory, checkout bots, or resale scalping in violation of our fair-access policies.

4.2 All trademarks, team names, league marks, player likenesses, and entertainment properties (e.g., sports leagues, film/TV studios, comic, anime publishers, musicians) depicted on products are the property of their respective rights holders. Where a product is officially licensed, this will be stated on the listing. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such marks beyond ownership of the physical/digital product purchased.
4.3 Product images are for representation only. Card designs, checklists, print runs, parallels, and insert ratios are subject to change by the manufacturer/licensor without notice, and actual contents of sealed products may vary from promotional imagery.
5. Fan Art, Parody, and Unofficial Merchandise Disclaimer
5.1 Unless a product listing expressly states that it is “Officially Licensed” or “Licensed Merchandise,” all artwork, designs, posters, stickers, and prints on the Platform are original, fan-created, or parody works created by or for the Company, and are not authorized, endorsed, or produced by the underlying rights holder (e.g., the relevant sports league, film studio, celebrity, or brand).
5.2 Such unofficial products are offered for personal, non-commercial, fan and decorative use, in the nature of artistic or parody works. If you believe any product infringes your intellectual property rights, please write to us at [ip-concerns@yourdomain.in] with details, and we will investigate and take down the listing if warranted, in line with the safe-harbour/notice-and-takedown approach under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the IT Act, 2000.
5.3 Nothing in this Section is intended to imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any athlete, celebrity, studio, publisher, or brand referenced in a product’s design, unless explicitly stated on the listing.
6. Custom and Personalized Products; User-Uploaded Content
6.1 Certain products allow you to upload your own photographs, artwork, or designs (“User Content”) to be printed on posters, stickers, or other items (“Custom Products”). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the User Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents (including consent of any identifiable individuals depicted) to use and reproduce it;
- the User Content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, personality/publicity rights, or privacy rights;
- the User Content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful under Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (which has fully replaced the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with effect from 1 July 2024).
6.2 You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, print, and process the User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Custom Product order. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any other commercial purpose without your consent.
6.3 You are solely responsible for the legality of any User Content you upload, and you agree to indemnify the Company against any claim arising from User Content you submit (see Section 21, Indemnity).
6.4 Because Custom Products are made to order, they cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and are non-returnable except where the product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from the design you submitted (see Section 14).
7. Pricing, Taxes, and GST Compliance
7.1 All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise, in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and corresponding State GST legislation.
7.2 A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every order, containing our GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and applicable tax break-up (CGST/SGST or IGST, as applicable).
7.3 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors (including those caused by technical glitches or vendor input errors) before an order is dispatched. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
7.4 Discounts, coupon codes, and sale prices are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of offer and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice, save for orders already confirmed.
8. Order Placement, Confirmation, and Cancellation
8.1 An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, upon order confirmation as per Section 10) and issuance of an order confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to: (a) unavailability of stock; (b) inaccuracies in product or pricing information; (c) suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; (d) non-serviceable delivery pin codes; or (e) a customer’s history of repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery shipments.
8.2 Pre-orders: For upcoming releases (e.g., unreleased card sets), estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change. We will notify you of material delays and offer cancellation with a full refund if the delay exceeds [X] weeks.
8.3 You may cancel an order before it is dispatched through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Once a shipment has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; the return process (Section 14) will apply instead. Custom Products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced (Section 6.4).
9. Payments
9.1 We accept payments through RBI-authorized payment gateways, including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets, in compliance with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and applicable RBI guidelines on payment aggregators/gateways.
9.2 We do not store your full card details on our servers; payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment partners.
9.3 Buy-Now-Pay-Later / EMI: Where offered, financing options (e.g., pay-in-installments, card EMI, or third-party BNPL providers) are provided by RBI-regulated third-party lenders/NBFCs. Approval, interest, processing fees, and repayment terms are governed solely by the financing provider’s own terms and credit assessment, and the Company is not a party to that credit agreement. Where the financing option is provided by an RBI-regulated entity, the lender (not the Company) is responsible for furnishing you a Key Fact Statement and otherwise complying with the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025 prior to disbursal.
9.4 For international customers or cross-border remittance related to imported products, transactions are subject to the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and RBI’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme, where applicable.
9.5 In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–7] business days, subject to your bank’s/issuer’s processing timelines.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
10.1 COD is offered on select products and to serviceable pin codes only, at our discretion, and may carry an additional COD handling fee, disclosed at checkout.
10.2 We reserve the right to require OTP/phone verification before dispatching a COD order, and to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified or that originate from pin codes/customers with a history of order refusal (“RTO” — Return to Origin).
10.3 Free shipping offers, where advertised, may be limited to prepaid orders only; COD orders may carry separate shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
10.4 Refunds for returned/cancelled COD orders will be made via bank transfer/UPI to an account you provide, since no original payment instrument exists to reverse the charge to.
11. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Compliance
11.1 Domestic shipping timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout. Standard delivery timelines are typically [5–7 business days] depending on destination, subject to courier network serviceability. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by you.
11.2 Order status updates (order confirmation, dispatch, out-for-delivery, delivered) will be sent via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided at checkout, including a tracking ID once the order is handed to our courier partner (see Section 17 on communication consent).
11.3 Where products are imported (e.g., international-exclusive releases), all applicable customs duties, IGST on imports, and clearance charges shall be borne by the Customer unless the listing explicitly states “duties included,” in compliance with the Customs Act, 1962 and the Foreign Trade Policy issued by the DGFT.
11.4 Weights, measures, and net-content declarations on packaged products (e.g., box contents, card counts, poster set piece-counts) comply with the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
11.5 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect packages on delivery and report any tampering or damage within [48 hours] with photographic/video evidence; we recommend recording an unboxing video for high-value or fragile items.
12. Sealed Packs, Boxes, and Randomised Products — Important Disclosures
12.1 Certain products sold (e.g., “hobby boxes,” “mystery packs,” “blaster boxes”) contain a randomised assortment of cards, including “hits” such as autographs, memorabilia cards, or rare parallels, the exact contents of which are unknown at the time of purchase and are determined solely by the manufacturer’s packing/insertion ratios.
12.2 Nature of the product: These are collectible novelty products sold at a fixed, disclosed price for a defined set of physical goods (cards) which the Customer receives regardless of the specific insert/parallel drawn. The Company does not offer any redemption of cash, cash equivalent, or wagering return based on the outcome, and no element of the purchase constitutes betting, wagering, or a lottery under the Public Gambling Act, 1867, or state-specific gaming enactments. The purchaser always receives the tangible product paid for.
12.3 Notwithstanding the above, prospective purchasers in states with specific restrictions on gaming/lottery-adjacent activities (including but not limited to certain provisions applicable in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, and others) are responsible for confirming that purchase of randomised/assortment products is permissible in their state of residence. We reserve the right to restrict sale of specific SKUs to certain pin codes/states to ensure compliance with local law.
12.4 We do not guarantee the presence of any specific card, autograph, or “hit” in any pack or box, and secondary market/resale value of pulled cards is not guaranteed, warranted, or the responsibility of the Company.
12.5 Odds/insertion ratios disclosed on packaging or the Platform are provided by the manufacturer/licensor and are approximate averages across a full print run, not a guarantee for any individual pack or box.
12.6 Relationship to the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025: The disclosures in this Section 12 concern physical, tangible sealed products (cards, packs, and boxes) that are shipped to and retained by the Customer regardless of outcome, and do not constitute an “online game” for the purposes of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025. That Act separately prohibits “online money games,” being online games played for a fee or stake with an expectation of monetary winnings, and carries criminal penalties for contravention. Any digital collectible, platform-linked digital pack, or online redemption mechanic referenced in Section 4.1 or Section 13 that involves payment with an expectation of a monetary or chance-based prize shall not be offered, or shall be restructured to fall outside the definition of an “online money game,” until confirmed compliant with the 2025 Act by Indian legal counsel. This clause does not affect the position taken in Section 12.2 regarding physical sealed packs.
13. Redemption Program (Autograph/Memorabilia Redemption Cards)
13.1 Certain packs may include a “redemption card” in place of a physical autograph/memorabilia card that has not yet been produced or is delayed by the manufacturer/athlete. Redemption cards may be exchanged for the intended card, a substitute of equal or greater value, or (where the manufacturer’s redemption window has expired) store credit, as governed by the separate [Card Redemption & Authenticity Program Terms].
13.2 The Company acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the original card manufacturer/licensor for redemption fulfilment where the manufacturer is a third party. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist with fulfilment but do not guarantee fulfilment timelines set by third-party manufacturers.
13.3 Redemption requests must be submitted within the window specified on the redemption card/Platform. Expired, lost, or damaged redemption cards may not be honoured by the original manufacturer, and the Company’s liability in such cases is limited to a refund of the proportionate price paid, at our discretion.
14. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
14.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our return/refund policy is clearly displayed on the product page and the dedicated [Shipping & Returns Policy] page prior to purchase; that policy forms part of these Terms.
14.2 Sealed collectible products (packs/boxes) that have been opened cannot ordinarily be returned for reasons of dissatisfaction with the random contents received, since the product performed as sold (a sealed assortment). Returns of sealed products are accepted only if the item is unopened and returned within [7 days] of delivery, or if it was defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, reported within [48 hours] with evidence.
14.3 Custom/personalized products: Non-returnable except where defective, damaged, or materially different from the design you submitted, per Section 6.4.
14.4 Non-custom posters, stickers, single cards, and memorabilia: May be returned within [7–10 days] if the item received is materially different from the listing, counterfeit, or damaged, subject to inspection.
14.5 Non-returnable categories: Digital collectibles/redemptions once claimed, gift cards, items marked “final sale,” and customized/personalized items, except where defective.
14.6 Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders) within [7–10 business days], or as store credit if elected by you, without prejudice to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14.7 This clause does not affect your right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (District/State/National) for deficiency in service or unfair trade practice.
15. Authenticity, Grading, and Fraud Prevention
15.1 We take reasonable measures to ensure all autographed and memorabilia items sold carry manufacturer or third-party authentication (e.g., holograms, certificates of authenticity, tamper-evident packaging) as indicated on the listing.
15.2 If you have reason to believe a product purchased from us is counterfeit or its authenticity marker is compromised, please contact [fraud-prevention email] within [15 days] of delivery with supporting evidence. Verified claims will result in a full refund or replacement.
15.3 We do not provide independent grading services (e.g., PSA/SGC/Beckett-equivalent). Any references to third-party grading are informational only, and we are not responsible for grading outcomes obtained by you independently.
16. Loyalty/Rewards Program, Gift Cards, and Bulk Orders
16.1 Loyalty/Rewards Program: Where offered, points earned through purchases, referrals, or promotions have no cash value, cannot be transferred for consideration, expire as per the program’s published rules, and may be modified, paused, or discontinued by the Company at its discretion, with reasonable notice.
16.2 Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced unless required by law.
16.3 Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Bulk purchase enquiries (e.g., for retail outlets, events, or corporate gifting) are handled on separate commercial terms, including custom pricing, minimum order quantities, and GST-compliant B2B invoicing, to be agreed in writing/via order confirmation before dispatch.
17. Communication Consent (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Calls)
17.1 By placing an order or registering an account, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping/tracking updates, OTPs, payment/refund notices) via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and/or phone call, which are necessary for order fulfilment and are not optional.
17.2 Promotional communications (offers, new releases, newsletters) will only be sent where you have separately opted in, and you may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link, in-app settings, or by writing to [support email], in line with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) and the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR/DND).
17.3 We may use third-party providers (e.g., WhatsApp Business API partners, SMS gateways, email service providers) to deliver these communications, subject to the data-sharing terms described in our [Privacy Policy].
18. Affiliate and Referral Program
18.1 Where offered, our affiliate/referral program allows approved participants to earn commission or referral credit for purchases made through their unique link or code, subject to separate [Affiliate Program Terms].
18.2 Affiliates and referrers must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, trademark bidding, or false endorsement claims. Any promotional content must comply with the Consumer Protection (Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Necessary Due Diligence for Endorsement) Guidelines, 2022, including disclosure of “#ad”/”#sponsored” tags where applicable.
19. Intellectual Property
19.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product photography, checklists, catalogue descriptions, original artwork, and website design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
19.2 Player names, team logos, league marks, and entertainment franchise IP depicted on officially licensed cards remain the property of the respective third-party rights holders and are licensed for use solely on the physical/digital product; no separate license to such IP is granted to you. For unofficial/fan-art products, see Section 5.
19.3 You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., photographing your own purchased items for social media/collector forums).
20. User Conduct, Cookies, and Interest-Based Advertising
You agree not to:
- use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to purchase limited-availability products or extract Platform data;
- engage in card counterfeiting, alteration, or misrepresentation of grading/authenticity;
- upload or transmit any content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or violates any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000;
- use the Platform for money laundering or to circumvent FEMA/RBI remittance norms;
- resell products in a manner that violates manufacturer licensing restrictions or misrepresents official Company affiliation.
20.1 We reserve the right to suspend access, cancel orders, and report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
20.2 The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functioning, analytics, and (where you consent via our cookie banner) interest-based advertising. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool. Details are in our [Privacy Policy].
20.3 As an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000, we are not liable for third-party user content (e.g., reviews), provided we act in accordance with the due diligence requirements of the IT Rules, 2021, including timely removal of unlawful content upon actionable notice.
21. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity
21.1 The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law, save that nothing in this clause excludes liability for defective goods or deficiency in service as defined under that Act.
21.2 We do not guarantee that any card, pack, box, or collectible will appreciate in resale/collector value, and make no representations as to secondary-market pricing of any product.
21.3 To the extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
21.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content (Section 6), violation of applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
22.1 Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (notified 13 November 2025), and the IT Act, 2000. The Company’s data-processing practices will be brought into compliance with the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules within the phased timelines prescribed by the Government (Consent Manager provisions effective from 13 November 2026; remaining substantive obligations effective from 13 May 2027).
22.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (including payment, shipping, and any uploaded design files) for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, personalization, and — where you have separately opted in — marketing communications.
23. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs/regulatory action, courier network disruption, or government-imposed restrictions.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
25.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
25.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through the Grievance Officer. Failing amicable resolution within [30 days], the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at [City, e.g., Mumbai/Bengaluru/Delhi], conducted in English, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing within [15] days of one party proposing candidates. If the parties are unable to agree within that period, either party may apply to the jurisdictional High Court (or an arbitral institution designated by it) for appointment of the arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Neither party shall have the unilateral right to appoint the sole arbitrator, consistent with the Supreme Court’s rulings in Perkins Eastman Architects DPC v. HSCC (India) Ltd. and the five-judge bench decision in Central Organisation for Railway Electrification v. ECI-SPIC-SMO-MCML (JV) (2024). The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
25.3 Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at [City] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not required to be arbitrated, or for interim relief.
25.4 Nothing in this Section restricts your statutory right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at the district, state, or national level under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which retains jurisdiction over consumer complaints notwithstanding any arbitration clause, as clarified by prevailing Indian jurisprudence.
